Plan Toys manufactures this stacking ring, and it’s constructed in a small factory in Thailand. They use safe, nontoxic, water-based paints, with no harmful additives or colorings. In addition, all of their toys are naturally processed and made from rubber wood. We love this eco-friendly company!
