Staff Answer
A: The Adiri Natural Nurser Sets are available in 3 stages and have different age recommendations as listed below:

Stage 1= 0-3 months (white)
Stage 2= 3-6 months (blue)
Stage 3= 6 months+ (orange)

Each stage holds 8 oz of fluid and are color coded so you can easily identify them. The difference among stages is the number of holes in each nipple tip, which determines the speed at which liquid flows out of the bottle.

How do you know when it's time to transition? It really depends on your baby, and they will let you know by showing signs of discomfort. If the milk flow is too slow, this requires them to work harder, ultimately ending in frustration. Also, if your baby can't finish their feeding within 15-30 minutes, that's another sign the flow is too slow.
If your baby appears to be choking, gasping or uncomfortable and begins to pull away from bottle, this is a sign the flow is too fast.
As a general rule, always check in with your pediatrician first!
