A:
The size of the mattress that comes with this awesome toddler bed is 47"l x 29"w x 3"d. The dimensions of the actual bed are 52"l x 30"w x 20"h. You can’t use the bed without the guard rails, since they screw onto the boards underneath the bed and hold the entire piece together. Plus, they’re there to prevent any accidents from happening!

A:
This dual purpose, innovative Toddler Bed does require a bit of assembly but isn't bad at all! With two people, the bed can be assembled in about 25 minutes. NOTE: This doesn't function like a futon and does require assembly to convert between bed and chair. (It's not difficult at all, just requires some screws to be taken out and moved!)
Not only is this Toddler Bed super stylish and multi-functional, it's also perfect for the space constrained as well! How great is that?!
